| WHITE MOUNTAIN
 White Mountain is situated in the central part of Vitimskoe flat mountain, in the eastern part of Malo-Amalatskaya hollow, on the left bank of the river Bagdarinka. Bagdarin - the district center is situated at the foot of White Mountain. The formation of White Mountain is connected with the Malo-Amalatskaya hollow. Mountains appear with the lower bottom of the hollow. Now, the altitude of White Mountain over Bagdarin composes 170 meters. It is rocked with dolomites. It is supposedly precipitations in closed sea swimming-pools. They have light-grey colour, which seems in its big mass from far to be white. That’s why it is called as White Mountain. The steep south-west slope of the mountain is fully without soil and vegetation. The summit of the mountain is ornamented with a series of sheer rock. They look like towers, pyramids, pillars. All slopes are … with harrows, deeps … and … in a few ten meters long.
The rock «Bell» or «Finger». Around the rock one can see traces of worship, fastened lit of piece cloths on the trees. The rock «Leo» is like to sculpture of a sitting Leo. Its nose, eyes, mane, back can be seen very well. Its height is 6 meters.
White Mountain has its private … of a sacred place. For a long time people accomplish prayer rites with sacrificed for a spirit mountain.
